Build an AI go-to-market practice on our stack
For agencies, consultancies, and professional services firms that want to resell, implement, and manage AI go-to-market software for their clients.
Why agencies are picking a side on this
[60 to 90 word positioning statement: why an agency should build its AI practice on this stack rather than assembling one from parts, and what happens to agencies that wait. Quotable, no superlatives.]
What is not in question is the shape of the work. Clients are asking about AI go-to-market faster than they can staff for it, the setup is real work that rewards people who do it every day, and a strategy that lives in software has to be kept current. That is a practice, not a referral.
We do not compete with our partners
The question every agency asks first, answered before you have to ask it. This is a software business, and the delivery work is yours.
We sell software, not services
This is a software business. We do not sell implementation or managed services alongside you, so the delivery work is yours. You are not pitching against the vendor whose product you just recommended.
We stay out of your industry
That is what the specialization requirement is for. Tell us the vertical you are pursuing and we will not go compete inside it. A boundary we can both name is worth more than a promise to be reasonable.
Outside the US, whole countries are open
If you are the right firm for a market outside the United States, we would rather hand you the country than build into it ourselves. Bring the market you know and we will talk about what covering it looks like.
Scope is agreed per partner, in writing, before anyone brings a client.
Three ways to partner
Most partners do more than one. You can start with the motion you are already staffed for and add the others as your team gets deeper.
Resell
Growth and new business
Take the stack to market as part of your own offer. You own the client relationship, the pricing conversation, and the account.
- Position the GTM stack inside the offer you already sell
- Bring the software into deals you are already working
- Keep the client relationship and the renewal
Implement
Delivery and strategy
Stand it up. The onboarding work that turns a license into a live GTM system, which is the part clients cannot do alone.
- Build the client's GTM kernel: their strategy, made machine readable
- Connect their data, their content, and their existing stack
- Configure the agents and hand over a system that runs
Manage
Account and client services
Run it as an ongoing service. The retainer motion, and the one that compounds: a kernel is not a project, it changes as the strategy changes.
- Keep the kernel current as the client's strategy moves
- Own content operations and answer-engine performance
- Report on what the system produced, monthly or quarterly
Who we are looking for
We would rather have a short list of partners who can actually deliver than a long one. The firms this works best for:
- You specialize in a vertical or an industry, and you are a known quantity in it
- You serve B2B clients, and marketing or go-to-market is core to what you sell
- You already have client relationships to bring, not a plan to go find some
- You have people who can learn the system, not just resell a login
- You want recurring revenue from managing it, not a one-time referral fee
If that is not you yet but you think it should be, say so in the form. We read them.
What the first conversation covers
We are early in building this program, and we are saying so rather than publishing a tier table we would have to walk back. Terms are set per partner right now, which means the first partners in help shape what the program becomes. Here is the agenda:
- Margin and referral economics
- Deal registration and account protection
- Enablement, training, and what certification looks like
- Support and escalation paths once clients are live
